To describe Matt as a running addict would be an understatement. An ultra trail runner who specializes in 100km+ races, he has finished two 300km trail running races in the Alps and Hong Kong. He is a race director of a trail running race series Victoria 162 in its 5th edition, led his firm’s run club in his previous role for 7 years, and is a qualified trail running coach.
Fun Fact About Me: I have been a costume-runner on road marathon for the past decade when I am not on the trails. I have dressed up as T-rex, Kumamon, Gudetama, Lego, Peppa Pig, Mario, Charlie Chaplin…. And finishing full marathon distance in these. Hope to continue the streak in Vancouver Marathon while I’m here!
