Pardeep Jassal - President
Pardeep is a marketing and sales professional with experience in advertising and real estate. He completed his BCom at Sauder as well, specializing in marketing and international business. In his spare time, Pardeep likes to keep active by going to the gym or producing music (he can play several instruments). He is also a very big Canucks fan.
Alex Yakovyshenko - VP Internal
Born and raised in Ukraine, Alex has been calling Canada home for the past 15 years. Alex holds a Bachelor in Laws Degree and is currently pursuing his MBA with the specialization in Finance. He has over 10 years of experience in various management roles in fields ranging from manufacturing to retail. Alex currently holds a leadership position with one of the players in the lumber field in Vancouver as well as a seat on the Board of Directors for Building Supply Industry Association of BC. He also represents Sauder School of Business in Global Network for Advanced Management where he holds a role of Student Ambassador. As the VP Internal, Alex acts as a liaison between the school and the student body and hopes to improve the experience for current cohort as well as incoming ones. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and exploring West Coast.
Tina Peng - VP External
Tina is a marketing professional with 10 years of experience in industries ranging from advertising, to Satcom technology, to SaaS. With a BA in Communication from Simon Fraser University, she is a natural storyteller and people-connector. Born in China and raised in North Vancouver, Tina is keenly interested in exploring new places, foods, and cultures. In her spare time she fosters kittens for the Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association and has a constant rotation of cute animals in her care.
Elizabeth Wheaton - VP Events
Elizabeth has a passion for retail and moved to Vancouver in 2014 to work for lululemon where she is currently a Merchandise Manager. She completed her undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania University in Economics and Marketing. Elizabeth enjoys wine, traveling and hanging out with friends.
