Co-President: Shivakumar Jayaraman

Shivakumar is a Naval veteran and aerospace engineer with expertise in Process Design, Strategic Operations, and Supply Chain. Dedicated to driving meaningful change, he combines his professional expertise with a deep passion for impactful climate and sustainability solutions. A philosophical thinker, private writer, and intrepid low-impact traveler, he believes true success lies in the ability to give. Outside of work, Shivakumar enjoys playing golf, horseback riding, squash, and going on long runs.

Enrique is a civil engineer with over 10 years of experience in project management and operations, specializing in the telecommunications and construction industries. As an operations manager, he is passionate about optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability, consistently delivering impactful results in complex projects. Currently pursuing an MBA at UBC Sauder, he aims to strengthen his strategic leadership and operational decision-making skills. Enrique is committed to leveraging his professional expertise to help his cohort navigate and explore the dynamic world of operations. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, playing the piano, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
